Mesh - Area Surface

The Mesh_Area Surface tool extracts all surfaces from the selected meshes and generates a detailed report.

Requirements: 

• Select multiple meshes before running the script

Steps:

1. Select multiple meshes representing the floor in each room. (You can create these meshes easily using the Polyline_Plane From Lines tool and then refine them with the standard Cyclone 3DR Cut Mesh tool.)

2. Run the script and select the Mesh_Area Surface option.

3. Labels showing the surface area of each room will be created, and a new chapter will be added to the report

Notes:

• The report will include a table listing all the labels (Mesh Surfaces).

• A text block titled Summary will display the total surface area.
