• 📐 Connect Walls (L-Connection)

Connect Walls (L-Connection). Part of Walls _Construction Tools. This script allows you to extend wall rectangles toward each other to form continuous wall segments. It works in loop mode, letting you process multiple pairs of rectangles until you choose to stop.

Requirements: 

• Ensure wall rectangles are already created (e.g., using the Cloud & Mesh - Create Walls )

Steps:

1. Run the Script

• Launch from the Walls_Construction Tools menu. The script enters loop mode.

• Select Rectangle Pairs representing the walls. Select the first rectangle. Select the second rectangle. Both will be highlighted for visual confirmation.

The script calculates centerlines and finds their intersection. Determines the closest edges of each rectangle to the intersection point.

2. Z-Level Selection for the wall placement

A dialog appears allowing you to:

• Use the lowest Z from selected rectangles.

• Pick a point manually in the viewport.

• Choose from existing horizontal planes in the LEVELS group.
  
  

3. Confirmation Dialog

After each pair is processed, you can:

• Accept and continue to the next pair.

• Reselect the pair (rollback changes).

• Cancel the operation (rollback changes).

Notes:

• Press ESC at any time to exit loop mode.

• All operations are reversible until confirmed.

• Recommended to run after wall rectangles are created
